Somatic & Art DBT Skills Group
This 8 week skills group uses activities informed by DBT, somatic experiencing, and expressive arts to support you in expanding your capacity for self-expression and communication. Combining these three modalities rooted in communication and capacity building, we will work together to explore and build new opportunities for noticing and building relationships between your body, your thoughts, your feelings, and the ways in which you communicate with others. The group is informational and educational only and does not constitute clinical treatment or therapy for any mental health condition.
This is a psychoeducational group designed to provide information and teach practical DBT skills. The group does not assess, diagnose, or treat any mental health disorder.
