About The Expressive Arts Group
This free, non clinical therapeutic art group offers a supportive environment for exploration and connection. Activities incorporate mindfulness, reflection, group discussion and individual art making.
The group honors individual choice in how members create, reflect, and share. Participants are welcome to engage at their own pace and comfort level.
No artistic experience is needed, and there is no expectation for what your art should look like. This is about curiosity and the experience of creating, not creative ability.
