Erin Hottle is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who provides counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, parents, and couples. Erin has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Elementary Education and a master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in School Counseling. She has provided therapeutic services in diverse settings to both children and adults, including the public school system, private practice and community based mental health.
Erin enjoys helping others while using evidence-based approaches and integrating various treatment therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques, Solution Focused – Reality Therapy to best meet the needs and goals of her clients. She has training in trauma-informed care and utilizes a collaborative and compassionate approach to counseling in an effort to foster hope, healing and resilience. Erin has experience with parent coaching and believes in finding personalized support for her client as a parent to help them see their strengths, identify what their values are around raising children, learn skills to connect with and guide children through their childhood.
Erin is affirming of all genders and sexualities. Her relational and collaborative approach to therapy helps foster safety, freedom, and growth at a pace that is comfortable for each client.
