Brionna provides individual and couples counseling for ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, burnout, trauma, life transitions, chronic illness, grief, identity exploration and relationship difficulties.
Brionna is especially passionate about work with neurodivergent, multi-cultural, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. She strives to provide an affirming, collaborative space and encourages exploration of how these identities impact mental and emotional health. She provides a person-centered approach and meets clients where they are, to support them in harnessing their strengths and fostering positive change. She uses collaboration to help clients create goals, set boundaries, and learn skills that facilitate healing and growth.
She practices a combination of research-based therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Oriented Therapy. She creates a customized plan with each client based on their individual goals to support them in navigating life’s challenges and increase their overall life satisfaction and fulfillment.
