Gabriela Vazquez-Diaz, LCSWA

Gabriela Vazquez-Diaz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate who provides assessment and counseling for adolescents through adulthood. She graduated from Fordham University with a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for clients to navigate life’s challenges. Gabriela believes in the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship to ensure the right fit and help clients work through anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and relational issues.

Gabriela takes an individualized approach to therapy, tailoring interventions to best meet her clients’ needs. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic therapy to help clients manage their emotions, develop coping skills, and improve their overall well-being. Gabriela also speaks Spanish and values providing culturally responsive care.

With experience working with diverse populations, she is committed to helping clients gain insight, heal from past experiences, and build the skills necessary for meaningful change. She strives to create a collaborative, compassionate, and engaging environment where clients feel empowered in their personal growth journey.
