Erin has supported clients in a variety of settings—starting her career in community based mental health and then transitioning to the private practice space. Erin has a deep appreciation for the unique ways people grow, heal, and connect.
Erin believes change comes from connection — with yourself, with others, and within the therapy space. Her style is collaborative, compassionate, and honest. She works with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, parenting, women’s issues, major life transitions, and relational difficulties. Erin holds a course certificate on Maternal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International. Erin believes in a unique approach for each client, integrating evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR, relational therapy and the Gottman Method.
Erin enjoys working with couples and families. She knows that relationships are complex, but believes they can be repaired and strengthened when people are given the space and support to show up authentically. Her goal is to help each person feel heard, respected, and supported while exploring underlying patterns and guide you toward healthier ways of connecting.
Erin is affirming of all genders and sexualities, she works to create a space where clients feel empowered to show up as they are and find clarity, and support in building the life and relationships that feel most meaningful to them.
